HAS Group announces successful Swissmedic inspection of the new ADC Suite at Cerbios-Pharma SA

Lugano, Switzerland – 28.08.2026

HAS Group has successfully completed the Swissmedic inspection process for the new ADC Suite at Cerbios‑Pharma SA, confirming the readiness of its enhanced ADC manufacturing capabilities.

The new ADC facility is fully equipped with single-use equipment including chromatography and was designed to host any type of conjugation technology enabling high flexibility in terms of batch size and manufacturing process including handling of light sensitive products. Moreover, the adopted containment level, allows the manipulation of all commonly used linker-payloads with multiple Occupational Exposure Levels.

In terms of capacity, the suite is equipped with single use reactors, with scale up to 500 L specifically designed for large‑scale ADC production, significantly enhancing Cerbios’ capacity to support late‑stage and commercial programs.

Representing a key milestone within Cerbios’ expanding ADC platform, this asset supports integrated services from early development to commercial manufacturing within a highly controlled and compliant environment.

Furthermore, this expansion reinforces Cerbios’ commitment to the highest standards of quality, compliance, and operational excellence in the development and manufacturing of advanced bioconjugates, including ADCs.

“We are very pleased with this outcome, which demonstrates the strength of our quality systems and the commitment of HAS Group. This achievement further reinforces our position as a reliable and trusted CDMO partner for ADCs.” said Waldo Mossi.

As a result of HAS Group’s investments plan in advanced technologies and infrastructure to support the growing demand for next‑generation therapeutics, additional facilities are currently being constructed to further increase the capacity for small molecules, linker-payloads and ADCs
